Refunds & Returns
All items have a 30-day return period. If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange it must be done within the 30 days of the purchase date.  Please view the How to return your product page for details.

Return Process:
  • Contact us to inform us of the need for an exchange or return
  • Ship the item back to us, at the address we specify, with all original materials; please enclose a copy of the original invoice.
  • We suggest you use a shipper with tracking capabilities. Shipping cost for return of the item is at the purchasers' expense unless the error has been made on our part.
  • Items must be returned in "like new" condition.
  • Items returned damaged, scratched, bent, obviously used or with parts missing will not be exchanged or refunded.
If you ordered the wrong part:
  • We will exchange items ordered in error if we have the correct part in stock
  • Additional shipping & handling charges will apply. 
If you receive a defective part or have parts missing:
  • Parts that are defective will be exchanged within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Please contact us to inform us of the defective part & request an exchange.
If you just want to return your part for a refund:
  • Items being returned for refund must be received by us in original salable "like new" condition with all original parts, instructions, and packaging.
  • Full refund (less shipping, handling & 15% restock fee) will be made by the method you originally used to make your purchase.
